Welcome to Partnr – AI Companion (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Partnr AI mobile application (“App”) or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our App or services.

1. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. You understand that the AI-generated responses, personalities, and interactions are fictional and simulated.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are otherwise deemed harmful or abusive to the service or other users.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may be available via in-app purchases or subscription plans. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and subject to their payment terms and policies.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to AI-generated dialogue, character designs, app visuals, and branding, are the intellectual property of Partnr or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

You retain rights to any content you input into the app, but by doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for operating and improving the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App’s code or data
  
  

• Use AI characters to generate or solicit explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content
  
  

• Violate the rights or safety of others
  
  

We reserve the right to monitor interactions and take action if violations occur.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months (if any).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
